Connecting TEeNS WITH SENIORS THROUGH TECH

Connecting Generations began in 2021, and has since grown to 10 Bay Area chapters led by student volunteers who have assisted 200 senior citizens on navigating the basics of the digital world. From using iPhones, iPads and other devices to social networking and surfing the web, we focus on making technology accessible for seniors to understand and use.

Every week brings new seniors and new questions, which is what drives us. Sometimes the questions are quick fixes but even such small interactions drive large impact. The gratitude and encouragement we receive remind us how much students can contribute and how we can bond with the community around us in inclusive ways. This positive energy continuously motivates us to continue reaching more senior centers and expanding the program’s impact.

Join our program and help support senior citizens as we teach essential digital skills and make technology accessible.

Our program teaches essential technology skills to senior citizens to ensure they feel connected to today’s digital world.
